All foam can be cut to your measurements. We also supply water-resistant, outdoor-suitable foam for patio cushions, made to pair with UV-resistant and waterproof covers.
High density foam sheets
25mm, 40mm, 50mm, 75mm, 140mm and 150mm thick, for couch seats, chair cushions and mattresses.
Eggshell and convoluted foam
Soft, ridged foam for mattress toppers and extra comfort layers.

- Measure the length, width and thickness. Bring the old cushion if that is easier.
- Choose the density: soft, medium or high density, depending on use. Ask us if you are unsure.
- We cut it the same day for most foam types, ready to take home.

- Soft: comfort layers, toppers and back cushions.

We manufacture custom mattresses for bakkies, caravans, camping, bedrooms, lodges and industrial use.
